Boston Coffeehouse's success is a result of meticulous planning and dedication. Founded by Joe Valente, a Boston native and Boston University graduate with a Master's degree in City Planning, the coffeehouse came to life in DeLand, Florida in 1996. Joe was captivated by the town's charming southern atmosphere when he relocated there to work for the City of DeLand.

Recognizing the community's need for a quality coffee shop and exceptional sandwiches, Joe embarked on a venture to revitalize an old building from scratch, leading to the establishment of the inaugural Boston Coffeehouse. The establishment is known for its exquisitely diverse range of specialty drinks, award-winning food options, and premium selection of coffees.
